There’s also the slim fast diet where one replaces breakfast and lunch with either healthy shakes that are quite filling but have less calories or healthy snack bars which serve the same purpose; supper is cooked and eaten as usual but in reasonable quantities. This diet works best if supplemented with exercise and if the supper eaten is a sensible portion.
I am entirely agreed with the post. Its my personal experience about cabbage diet. I've followed out it on myself. And finally get success in the weight loss mission. I am very much conservative about my healthier fitness. I wanna be perfect in all sense of course.
